We went in store and ordered on the fun kiosk and it was a little busy in the drive thru but one employee was doing his best to accommodate us. I didn’t catch his name but even though he did forget to grab us some donuts for a few minutes he made up for it by giving us two times the amount we ordered. It was so sweet of him and he really didn’t have to do that for us. What ever fellow was working december 30th at 1:40 who helped us out is a real one.

It’s fine most of the time, but too often I’ve gotten such a bad iced coffee that I’m more than sure they just threw hot coffee over iced. I’ve started ordering cold brew every time to avoid this, but the issue persists. Today was the last straw when I ordered a medium cold brew with 1 cream and got what looked like straight milk with a touch of coffee and a few pitiful more than half melted ice cubes floating on top. This has happened too much and I’m officially done with this location. What’s pictured is the coffee I received. This was about 10 minutes after I got it but some how looks like it’s been sitting around for hours with how much the ice is melted.

Nice and clean location. Staff are very hardworking and fast. This location is conveniently located in the summit. They also have wifi. Lots of parking and drive thru is fast. Madu is great and super helpful.

Customer service was poor when I walked into the store. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. So I ordered with the kiosk. Got my coffee quick but waited 5 minutes for my donuts. I had to stop someone to get them. It seems like the main focus is drive thru and there is no care for walk in customers.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is inside of a jiffy store service took 15 minutes to get to me because there was only two people there and they couldn’t see me from all the stuff stacked up at the register. Ask for extra crumble and extra caramel on my pecan frozen drink never got anything extra, but that seems to be the going thing at the other Dunkin’ Donuts to very slow service. The atmosphere is nonexistent.

Sad, I went inside because the drive thru was ridiculous and I didn’t have a lot of time. Walked up to the counter as I was the only customer waiting to order. I was paying in cash so couldn’t use the kiosk. Waited 5 minutes watching at least 6 people wait on the drive thru was never even acknowledged I was completely ignored. I left without ordering anything. Customer service at this location sucks.

I really think most of these “good” reviews are coming from employees or staff from other locations. Every single time I go there, there’s an issue with my order. Every single time. Which is why I won’t be going to this location again. If I call there, I’m met with nastiness (Harry was the nastiest and told me he’s a manager) Gianna being the second nastiest one I’ve encountered, also a manager. When you walk in, the staff at the counter does not acknowledge you at all, probably in attempt to get people to use the kiosks so they don’t have to be bothered. If you need to ask them a question, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone’s attention. Most times the staff are playing around laughing in the back, including managers, “teasing” each other often with curse words, which is extremely unprofessional. I’ll drive to the Dickson City location where they get your order correct and treat you with kindness.

I ordered on the app and they didn’t have something in my order but they didn’t tell me that when I picked it up, so I pull off and my doughnut is missing. I come back around and tell them and they say “we don’t have any more” Why wouldn’t u tell me that when I was at the window getting my order, and they charged me for something I didn’t receive and were ok with that. I asked for a refund and was told I can’t get one that I have to “get a refund through the app” I said no im here already, and they said no ask the app, and I insisted and finally the kid said let me get a manager to do that….

I have visited this Dunkin 5 times in the past couple weeks. Only 1 out of the past 5 times did they have the donuts I wanted -and I wanted more than just 1 type but they’re always out of them. I won’t waste my time anymore. I’ll just go to a different Dunkin that knows how to correctly order donuts.
