Besides never having any of the food cooked correctly they charge for a pup cup? No where else does that they throw 2 munchkins in the cup so they can charge you. Very weird practice

It’s always a hit or miss with whoever makes the food, today my sausage wasn’t even in the wake up wraps like wth. I’m sorry to be that person but if you don’t like your job then quit or maybe give enough of a flipping banana peel to make it correctly. Whoever was making food this morning needs to get re-evaluate with the skills they have. They would never make it in my kitchen smh

I would never go here again. The girls who work there are extremely rude , immature and not professional. I was rushed while ordering because I interrupted them talking. I heard them talking about me after I ordered food and then the girl didn’t hand but threw my change at me and then looked at me and said “I’m not picking that up” and laughed with her co worker and then continued to finish her conversation. I don’t know how places still run with service like this.

Brand new store, great location. Outside is one of the nicest Dunkin I have seen, easy access for handicapped, large wide sidewalk and entrance area. Two doors to come in and out of, convenient for busy times. Large seating area, beautifully decorated. Kiosk to buy Dunkin items such as travel mugs, inner tubes shaped as a donut, coffee, etc. Large windows for plenty of sunlight and people watching. If you sit at the bar, you get a straight view of people leaning their butts on window. We had to move because one lady must have had an underwear malfunction and had her hand way down her pants. Butt seriously, don’t let that stop you for coming here, it’s an awesome place, and the show is free.

I am a regular at this location and have been for about a year. Overall they are a pretty nice bunch of people who keep south Scranton fed. At times they are slow but usually this can be explained away by the big business they handle. I removed 2 stars from their rating for 2 different reasons.

Ordered a iced latte with extra espresso and it came out looking like straight milk. I don’t pay $8 for a drink that doesn’t come out made right.

Didn’t have the advocado bacon sandwich as displayed on the menu. Accepted the suggested bacon and grilled cheese sandwich instead and only received a grilled cheese sandwich. Staff seemed friendly despite the issues. But I can’t give a good review on an empty stomach.

I’ve been here many times driving through Scranton Wilkes-barre area. Went twice in the same day. Both times the coffee was filled 3/4th of the cup.

Pretty okay chain location. I often have messed up or poorly made orders even outside of their busy hours. I try to keep it simple if I have to use this location and hope they don’t mess it up. Pictured is the “bacon” avocado toast with a paltry amount of bacon compared to other locations I’ve been to in the area. No, I did not pick off bacon to make them look bad
