Not my favorite location but it’s generally clean and the parking lot is ample. There is a lot of volume done at this spot and the team working is generally very good at churning out orders quickly. Sometimes my drinks are inconsistent or take a while to make but that’s just how it goes. There’s always older folks gathering here in the back or at the outside seating areas.

Unfortunately this is another restaurant that is greatly understaffed. I pulled in at 8am. There were 11 cars in the drive through, maybe 10 cars in the lot so I went in. About 7 people in que to pick up who were being patient given the situation. I went to the counter, there was no one working at either register. After about 2 minutes a worker informed me they were severely short handed and the drive through might be best. She was sweet and helpful giving she was running 3 directions at once. I tried the drive through but after 8-10 more minutes I gave up and left went to the gas station and got a coffee in my hands in under 3 minutes. I simply can’t wait 10-15 mintes at a drive through to get coffee, that’s not convenient!!! I truly feel bad for the workers, and not mad at all with them as they were running around busting their buns.. I guess I am mad more people do not seem to want to work. In a overpopulated planet we have worker shortages. Something is very very wrong. I feel bad for any company or employer right now. I’ve lost a morning staple and don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get my morning Cup-O-Joe there again.

The only reason I give the service four stars is because sometimes the service can be really slow, or they just forget the order was put in, but the food tastes great and except for those rare times it’s good. And the atmosphere can’t really be better or worse, so I figures 3 stars fit well.

I come here every single day and never have a problem. But today I decided to place my order on the app but didn’t see the option for a LEMONADE refresher. I placed the order in the parking lot and immediately went in to ask for a change in the drink. Manager CHERI was giving me such a problem, holding me up and even pulled out her phone herself to show me where it was on the app. I didn’t care about paying the extra as I come here every single day but cheri, she didn’t care she just wanted to cause me such a problem. Another women working who had glasses apologized to me after I started to get frustrated. I had no issue paying for the drink but cheri made this experience today so hectic and frustrating that I will NOT be returning to this dunking again. Oh and I even tipped as I do every. Single. Day.

Stopped here for an iced latte and an iced coffee, both with caramel. The ice coffee had barely any caramel and the ice latte had no caramel. I went back in to ask if I could get a shot of caramel in the coffee and caramel in the iced latte. The lady at the front end said “I will do it this time but will have to charge you next time” I said that I just wanted a shot in each coffee because there was none and she cut me off saying “I know there was caramel in it because I did it myself” and took the coffees. Extremely rude attitude and 0 customer service skills.

I waited 7 minutes being the only one in line in the restaurant for the associate to tell me “I’ll be with you whenever I can” with a disgusted face. Yes the drive thru was probably packed but there’s no excuse for how that went I just left after he said that to me. I only wanted 2 doughnuts.
