I was at the Wilkes Barre store off of 315 this morning and I have to say that this was an awful experience. I pulled up to the drive thru and told them I had a mobile order with my name. The lady at the window when I pulled around says “you have to tell us at the speaker what your order is” and to which I said “yes I did that”. So then I get a hot coffee and and iced coffee, which was supposed to be two iced coffees. Then on top of that, I ordered two donuts and they just forgot them. I rarely write these types of complaints because I have better things to do but that annoyed me quite a lot this morning.

The absolute WORST. The drive through workers pretend not to hear your order and ask for verification multiple times. “That was hot? Xtra what? A medium that was?” Whomever owns this should really stop hiring the bottle of the barrel humans. No wonder the line is always long when I drive past. I go once on a blue moon and was reminded today why never go to this one.

First time coming to this Dunkin. Not only were they out of almond milk, but also caramel swirl. Instead I got coconut milk with mocha swirl. Oh my god. They couldn’t even mix the coffee!! It was loads of mocha just sitting on the bottom. Mix the coffee next time like other Dunkin’s do & have a better attitude at the speaker 🙂

Absolutly the worse experience. They say they can’t hear you in the drive thru and when you pull around they are ignorant and rude. I said I would never go there again and I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Worse service ever

I hate to do this as I have a lot of respect for these Dunkin drive thru workers as they are always swamped. But I order 2 wake up wraps , large coffee x x , and a Americano. Americano came out black , wake up wraps were the most disgusting thing I’ve ever gotten from any Dunkin, the hot coffee had no sugar in it And they weren’t even busy. And I gave them over a 5 dollar tip. Very disappointed.

Rude rude rude workers. Every time I go to Dunkin’ or Starbucks I usually ask for less ice in my drink and this past visit this particular Dunkin informed me that less ice equals less drink. Not to mention they got my drink order wrong. Won’t be returning to this establishment.

The worstest Dunkin Donuts!!! terrible service very rude staff! I promised myself I will never go back there again and I made mistake one more time again today! Totally messed up order the staff told me wait by the door for your food order I’ve been standing while not until I walk myself to the building and again I got terrible attitude from the staff ,always tipping always given highest tips… and guess what zero appreciation and most terrible service in town!!!!

Sadly, this Dunkin must train its employees like several of the others we’ve been to. We ordered food but were given no napkins. Shouldn’t that be a mandatory item to hand out when ordering food? Then there’s the matter of my avocado toast… I order it all the time. It always fills up the box it comes in. Except this morning. I got a piece from the end of the loaf. A really small piece. A piece that I would be embarrassed to serve. If I was the person preparing that, I would do one of two things… I would find a larger piece of bread or I would give two smaller pieces to make up for the size. What a rip off this morning. Not pleased!
