I got a latte yesterday around 2 pm and it was made incorrectly. The sweet girl at the window fixed it and made sure it was done correctly and it tasted wonderful. Good job to the managers who are running this dunkin i will be back.

Iced coffee is watered down or not being brewed correctly. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk. It was translucent and looked like a tea. It tasted like water with a hint of coffee! Won’t be going back to the Forty Fort location. I just read another review that reported the same problem.

The staff at this place used to be good, but they SUCK now. Ordered a coffee and a side the last 2 weeks, because my favorite DD location is down right now, so I had to use Forty Fort’s DD location. They forgot my side order twice! If you can’t read food orders the correct way, you probably shouldn’t work at a coffee shop, or a fast food chain. Oh, and if you go to the front to ask about your order, you’ll be ignored by the cashier anyway lol So don’t even bother. My second time, I knew better. Took my coffee and walked out. I’m sure the ice cream side is a lot easier for the staff to maintain, but as far as coffee orders go, don’t do it. Posting 2 stars is even painful.

Frequently received the wrong items through the drive through. The one time I went inside I ordered, paid, they handed me my drink I waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich, they had deleted the order then asked me to repay for the drink and sandwich. I set the drink down and left. Would rather just get a coffee from Curry Donuts.

Iced coffee is the best! They almost always make my order perfectly! The best DD in the area, hands down! I drive the distance to go here and it’s worth it, every-time! The opening shift are the best and extremely pleasant! I recommend this location before any other! I literally drive passed 2 other locations to get to this one! Please keep up the GREAT work and effort!

Alright, so me and my friend went to this so called donut place. And I wanted a donut. I go in there and ask “hey, what kind of donuts do you guys have?” They respond with “no we don’t have donuts.” Now listen I am a reasonable person… but how does a Dunkin’ Donuts… not have donuts. That’s like going to a basketball game, and there not being basketball. I called later and they hung up on me.
