Every time we go there it’s a different issue. They replaced an online order with a cheaper option and didn’t refund. They’ve given us wrong drinks and food multiple times. Another time I got a Boston cream donut with no cream in it. They need to make changes.

Terrible service, when I walked in I stood at the counter waiting for several minutes just for some to even acknowledge me. Then once someone finally took my order the other ladies behind the counter came to the front and started making drinks for other customers that came in after me and they left before I even got my order. Meanwhile the staff were swearing and yelling the whole time.. complaining about how busy it was. Whoever the manager is.. I’d look a little better into who you are hiring.

Can’t make a refresher with lemonade plus sat for 10 mins waiting on my order at the drive thru. Apparently talking and walking away from the window without even noticing we was there. Very rude and when got to window didn’t even have order ready. Will NOT be stopping again.

April 7th, 6:15 am, at the drive thru I asked for a coffee and food, was told “there’s only two people here, genius” and asked to repeat it because I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She said asked how hard it was to understand what two people meant. That better get dealt with real quick.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. It’s never consistent. About the only thing that is consistent is your order being wrong. The line is always horrendous, expect to wait. I’ve never been here and through the drive through in under 20 minutes, even with an order ahead pick up order. The coffees always taste watered down, like the grounds have been run through the pot over and over again.

We had purchased 4 coffees on the DD application and purchased on the go like I always do in NY. When we arrived at this DD and pulled up to the speaker we weren’t acknowledged. A simple Welcome to Dunkin or Thank You for choosing to run on Dunkin we’ll be right with you goes a long ways!! I made this suggestion when I made it to the window and the white haired lady said “We only have 3 workers!” She was extremely rude! I acknowledged that I understand the shortage of staffing, but to take 5-6 seconds to just acknowledge a customer goes a long ways.

Honestly zero star‘s explains this store to a T, they’re very rude they act as if your order is a inconvenience to them as if it isn’t their job, I place mobile orders all the time and it’s never made right and when I ask if it can be fixed I get the eye roll and sigh I work at a dunkn also and never would my establishment treat customers the way that they do horrible experience
