I have never received customer service this nice at a Dunkin’ before. I was greeted as I walked in and asked if I was picking up an online order (which I was) and directed towards the pickup area where another friendly face handed me my drink…which was made so perfectly! And then they both told me to have a nice day on my way out. I may look past how inconvenient this location is on the corner of 309 with a one-way parking lot just to get this friendly service.

Terrible customer service. Never greeted with a smile or a hello, A thank you is out of the question. They forgot an item that I ordered, I checked order before pulling away. Cashier looked angry that I was still at the drive thru window, not happy as he opened the window and said WHAT, was upset with me that I wanted the muffin I ordered and paid for. Have had problems at that location from time to time. Today was the last straw. Will never go back to that Dunkin. I believe we should spend our $ where we are respected and treated properly.

They have one young guy working tonight. Not only was he nice. He did our order flawlessly, and everything was perfect. While it being busy and being a one man army. This guy needs a raise, dunkin. I dont even know his name. But he made us happy.
