Food is good but their donuts are not, they are also very small. Even ShopRite and Giant make better donuts, but Yum yum makes the best. Dunkin use to be good decades ago it appropriate that they took donuts out of their name.

Truly the saddest thing I have ever seen. Not only is this location painfully slow and understaffed, and dirty… but they are also sadly devoid of compassion. While waiting for our food got a person came in who was clearly homeless. He had $2 cash on him and wanted to buy a coffee. The store operates on kiosk only, and doesn’t accept cash. The man was turned away without a second glance. It’s a dollar 49 for a coffee. No one even seemed to think about giving it to him for free. And when a group of blue collar workers came in to help the man, they also only had cash and were denied. It’s despicable to me that any store or business this day and age could see a person in need and think about money over a human being. We will not be visiting this location again.

Went tonight around 7:35pm. We pulled up to the drive thru and 2 young adults were outside by the trash dumpster and said they were closed. They don’t close till 8 and my coffee would’ve taken them 30 seconds to make. If you close at 8pm, then I should be able to order 25 minutes before you close.

I have severe celiac and can only have the hash browns or bacon…all I ask is for them to change their gloves and their either never understand, or they tell me they did and then I can tell later that they lied when I get extremely sick. They get my drink wrong every time and they don’t really seem to care.

*Edit- I rarely ever post negative reviews but this location calls for it* This is by far the SLOWEST location out of all of the locations I go to. Every. Single. Time. It’s to the point where I do everything I can to avoid this location if I know I do not have time to sit in their drive-thru for 10-15 minutes for an online order made in advance for pick up. I don’t know if they’re ALWAYS short staffed or what but it’s ridiculous. Something needs to happen to speed up their service. Especially for drive-thru!
