What a joke of a business. I’ve been here once before and the food served was still frozen. Now they hand me an unmixed drink and when I say “you’re not even going to mix it” they slam the door on me in the drive thru. The customer service here absolutely sucks. So glad I ordered a cup of ice and milk. DO NOT COME HERE!

I went to get the mango pineapple refresher & I wanted to mix the strawberry into it. The old lady was acting like she cannot do that which makes no sense I have gotten this drink at multiple locations. As a customer I am allowed to mix drinks the way I want it because that’s my right. Don’t go here this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience here they are always rude & deaf. They should get rid of old ppl & put them in the retiring home

Do not come here. They allow you to make walk-in orders, YET DONT LET YOU INSIDE. While I was walking through the drive thru to pick up what I already ordered, they were deliberately holding on the customers credit card who was Infront of me. I should have listen when everyone else told me they avoid this DD.

Horrible !! Every time I order the order is completely messed up. But this time? We had MOLDY EGG sandwiches. Three sandwiches in the trash! How could you serve that to someone ? You could clearly see the mold on the egg and still you sold it to someone. How disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stores closes for about an hour during business hours in my case about 11: 27am to clean the dining area…. I don’t understand why you don’t clean before the store open or after they close there is no spill there is no emergency….. Why are they doing this to the customer???

In my recent experiences with this particular dunkin location has been very negative. The slogan is “America Runs on Dunkin”. I think the new slogan should be “America Runs from Dunkin”. Their service is sub par and the orders are very inconsistent. I order the same drink everytime and it blows my mind how they can easily mess up the order when the drink is their signature drink. Since when is Dunkin only drive thru service? I was told to leave the dinning room and order in the drive thru….
