Seems like run by poorly trained high school students. They keep on messing up the orders even if placed in advance and spelled out clearly from the app. Forget to add sugar and forget entire items all together on the order. This place needs to get their act together. It’s like hit or miss, but the weekends are by far where the most incompetence arises even when not busy. Trying to be understanding and forgiving, but mistakes keep happening with no end.

I am not satisfied with my order. I ordered a cake batter latte 12 mins ago, made incorrectly(caramel craze) received it burnt and taste like trash also made my stomach hurt. Asked for caramel toppings there was none. Asked for a new drink got attitude. Asked for a refund got attitude and told to make my own latte next time. I don’t understand why there are more workers here and they are less productive than stores with 2 or 3 employees. Save ya money. This place has excessive wait times and a drive thru you can get stuck in & ignorant staff. The inside is no better with employees standing around needing each others help to open bags and donut boxes.
