I’m not sure you can ever go wrong with Dunkin! Some may say it’s terrible, but I really enjoy it! Environment was nice, workers were patient with angry customers. I don’t think they’ve ever actually messed up my order. Unless you ask for no ice, because that is always messed up. Other than that, I really like how reliable it is. How easy it is, order ahead, grab, and go! Employees seem to be energetic, eager to please. Dunkin’s are getting a new look, making it more aesthetically pleasing. I will continue to go to this Dunkin!

Disappointed that the manager informed me coffee was only free if the Eagles had won the Superbowl when I went by specifically after seeing on the news that Dunkin Donuts was thanking fans for their season-long support with free coffee the day after the game. Ordered a coffee and donuts to support the business anyways – my order was just left on the counter instead of handed to me or even told that it was ready; I had to wait for the lady behind the counter to gesture at the bag as she walked away before I realized it was mine to take.

The food is always half done. You can get there donuts in the morning because that’s the only time the donuts are fresh. The employees are rude they never greet you with a good morning. I will never shop here again. And the restroom is always dirty.

Food was gross didn’t have any taste , coffee was nasty and the guy put way too much sugar in there he never asked me how many I wanted. The dude looked like he hated his job.. Im 99% sure I won’t go there again .. There is a McDonald’s and a Wawa down the street and even though I hate McDonald’s service I think Ill go there if I had to choose from now on. I don’t expect much but a hello and a thank you is not too much to ask.

I live near this place and always been here for morning coffee. I loved Dunkin coffee, they have a nice few tables and chairs to hang out for a cup of coffee with friends or just being myself. All i can say is they do respect their customers and treated very well. Stop by and try.

I ordered a Large hot macchiato on the app. When I got my order it was a iced one. I walked out the door & noticed that at was ice, so I returned with my receipt. I even second guessed myself for a second until I looked at my receipt. When I let the guy know that the error was made he seemed annoyed.

I have been going to this location for several years and never had an issue until this morning. The location closed early yesterday due to a “power outage”. I put in an order on the app but did not receive it because the location was closed. I went to the location this morning in attempt to get the ordered that I paid for, but the cashier was rude, dismissive and kept telling me to call customer service. This cashier is normally angry and rude and needs a course on proper customer service. The only good thing about this location is the one young worker Das if he didn’t run away. Maybe when the rude old guy leaves I’ll order from this place again, but until the , I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere.
