Stay away if you want your money’s worth. I have given this place so many chances and it is not worth it each time. It used to be but in the last year or two, the place is serviced by workers who would rather play around than make decent food and coffee. I feel bad for the one’s who do work because they must get burnt out so quickly. If you go before closing they usually get your order wrong. At anytime during their open hours, I have gotten coffee, lattes and ice tea that either tastes old or like water. Their food is either cold in the middle or so burnt it’s hard to eat. And who makes it a thing to lock their door during open hours? Come on, you can do better as I don’t have this problem at other DD locations I frequent.

Coffee is usually pretty hot but not always. They don’t usually stir the drinks before serving, but that is pretty common nowadays. Some employees forget to put lid on all of the way. I’ve spilled it on myself a few times in the drive through. Employees didn’t offer to give any napkins to help with the spill any of the times it happened. Female employees usually friendlier than the males.

It seems as though no matter what kind of tweaks I make to my coffee order, it always comes out the same. Every time I order coffee here, it just tastes watery no matter how many creamers or flavored sweeteners I choose. It’s gotta be some kind of inside joke here.

Just got coffee, I don’t eat there. Food is all frozen, not a place I like to get donuts either. Just like the coffee. Service is pretty quick. The inside could use more cleaning.

We waited in line for quite some time about 4:15pm after noticing a sign that clearly stated $2.00 Lattes from 2-6pm, everyday. We ordered two Chai Lattes for ourselves and a sprinkled donut for our toddler. When we finally arrived at the pickup window the total was nearly $10. I asked why that was, the response was that Chai is excluded from the deal. However, the sign out front was very visible and had no exclusions and a sign next to it that read “Chai Latte, Signature Latte, Gingerbread Latte”. The signs are side by side. Any person would assume that these products are the promotional $2 items. The employee even came outside to view the signs and continued to argue that it “says they are not included.” It doesn’t say that anywhere. In my personal opinion I think Dunkin has horrible coffee and donuts but due to the convenience today, we tried to get something fast. We ended up with nothing in the end and a very bad taste for this franchise and specific location. We would not recommend Dunkin to anyone, especially if you try and use a coupon or enjoy a promotional item.
