I went there on 7/9 and purchased bagel minis and 2 iced coffees. When we left and got on the road the bagel minis were empty with no cream cheese in them. I tried calling and nobody picked up so we stopped back a few hours later and showed the older lady upfront who I believe is one of the owners the product. She refused to replace or give my money back. Save yourself the hassle and go to the dunkin on 611 other side of the airbase for better service

Owner of the store is distraught. I order for pick up instead of drive thru because my truck can never fit most drive thrus. Owner was upset that her employee opened the door for me (10:00am) and started yelling at her. Owner then hands me my order and demanded I leave the store. She clapped her hands at me and yelled at me as if I was a child. Very very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location. Very sad that DD allowed these people to open up without training properly. My family owns DD franchises and this is not how they trained us…
