Absolutely shameful. This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered hashbrowns and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant but they were both burnt like charcoal and hard as a rock. Instead of remaking them like a normal and honest human being, the clown at the drive-thru wrapped it up and handed me the bag. How can you treat paying customers like garbage, this location is dishonest and lazy.

I come here every day before work. They used to be great with good customer service and good coffee. Lately they never make it right always being cheap with flavor shots. Every large coffee gets three shots. I asked for a remake. The guy argued with me saying we never said the flavor. I have 4 people in my car saying otherwise. Save your tastebuds go to a different Dunkin’. *update* the guy spit in my coffee. Seriously don’t go here.

I always go through the drive through and sometimes order on my phone, I’ve been using this dunkin’since 2020 and it is my go to. I have probably been here over 100 times and only once did they mess up my order. Another time they were out of the donut I wanted and had order through the app so I picked an alternative (the person at the window that day was a little spicy, I never saw them before or after that time, though). Overall almost everyone I’ve interacted with has been pleasant, and they’re really good at making your order correctly! Highly recommended this specific dunkin’

It cannot be real that the person who handed me my food had his gloved hands IN HIS mouth touching his tongue. Then proceeded to hand the food over to the manager. When I refused the food I was given an attitude. I’m sorry I’ve seen some gross things but having your whole hand in your mouth then using that same hand to touch someone’s food is just completely horrible .
