Bucks county dunkin harasses their customers. If i could give 0 stars i would . i was treated poorly even though i was a paying costumer. I didn’t know harassment was acceptable at this dunkin. I would’ve never went. Completely ruined my morning. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I hate to complain at all but morning shift was completely disrespectful towards me and family.

The food and coffee are fine. However this is the least friendly Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen in my travels between Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Dallas. Every DD I have been in, then owner has encouraged a friendly atmosphere among the customers.

The coffee and donuts are typical of what you expect from Dunkin Donuts. However I’ve had nothing but mediocre or less customer service experiences here. I’ve had drinks messed up. I’ve been overcharged. Definitely recommend going to a different Dunkin Donuts if there’s one on your route. Especially since this one doesn’t even have a drive-thru.

While this dunkin is okay on speed the workers are really stupid. I’m waiting for my food and the lady cleaning the work station picks up my food before me 3 times and tells me to take my food multiple times in a 10 second period. I’m not an idiot or slow so this is insulting. Second, they didn’t charge me the right amount for the 2 for 2$ egg wrap. It’s $1 extra with a meat, not $1.49 extra. Third, when I order a bagel with butter I expect a bagel with butter. Not a bagel with cream cheese and when I ask it to be fixed you say you will give me the cream cheese bagel with My original ordered bagel then not do it. They workers have no communication and are just plain stupid. And my order way right on the receipt except the charge for the wraps. All I orders was 2 wraps, a bagel, and a coolata.
