It feels like they are rushing you at times during the process, interrupting you with ‘Anything else’ aggressively when you are still talking. Also, don’t ask for light Ice as they are just incapable of doing it. I would recommend skipping them and going to any other dunkin in the area as it is the only one that acts this way and only survives because of its location off the conchester.

Terrible customer service. I approached the register to give my order. The gentleman looked at me, pointed to the kiosk, and walked away. I informed him that I had a question about paying for a large order of donuts for our youth athletic team. He looked at me and walked away, turning around talking to coworkers. English was not the issue. I would sooner burn my money than give it to them. Buyer beware.

Come to this location if you order a Caramel macchiato and receive a cup of ice, milk and burned coffee (no caramel sight). Also if you call to bring up your concern so the next person doesn’t have this happen, they’ll just talk over you and tell you that you ordered wrong. I don’t know how you mess up an iced coffee this bad but count on them to do it.

This isn’t my closest Dunkin but i choose to go here because of the lady at the window every morning. She has such great customer service and is always on top of things, with beautiful energy. Never order from this place!!! #1 couple years ago, sitting in their parking lot ordered on my app. Went in to get the order and they said I didn’t order for their store. #2 today couple years later bc I would never purchase from here again but my wife wanted to order a hot latte and we were told the machine was broken!!! You are a coffee shop and have broken equipment for a popular drink?? These DOT Heads should sell out and move back to their scum bag county!!!

Rude customer service. I wasn’t even there for myself I was picking up an Uber eats order and the first gentlemen told me to wait a few minutes. After waiting ten minutes another gentleman told me the order was not even in the system and then proceeds to ask what the order was. He said he would do it but I said no as I was already waiting 10 minutes.
