I walked in the correct door and was first in line. Next guy comes in the side door but the way the line is he’s now “first”. Employee comes out the back and serves the guy first and I say twice that I wasn’t served yet. I was completely ignored , so I decided not to spend my time or money there today. They only had like four different kinds of donuts anyway. It’s only 3pm.

It was giving DISGUSTING I Have been here once on a Saturday morning and it was perfect. I wasted $30 on a Thursday afternoon and the crew was very unprofessional. There was a man who was outside changing the trash can. Then he came in and didn’t even wash his hands until after he made our food and the coffee – signature Carmel iced late’ had been burnt and unsweetened. Then we tried the new coca beverage and even that coffee was burnt my two egg and cheese wraps were not made correctly at all. If you see the Hispanic gentleman with individuals braids please RUN AWAY !!!!

I have Never Ever gotten what I have ordered from this Dunkin Donuts! Did I say Never? I ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter well not sure how the toaster is set but I might have well just ordered the bagel and toasted it myself. I also ordered green tea with sugar after I was given my bagel I drove off that was my mistake I decided to get back in the line to get my green tea the young man that waited on me was extremely rude when I tried to explain I left my tea there this is not the first time that I have ordered something and didn’t get what I wanted. All the more reason to stay at home and do it myself and save money. Thanks Dunkin donuts!
