Horrible people , so rude an incompetent. I have never met worse customer service or drinks ever. Ordered a medium coffee and my cup was only halfway filled up. This is the worst establishment ever. They even argued on the phone, telling me the shut up and listen when I called to voice my concerns. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Tremendously slow service in taking order. Even with 4 to 5 associate, noone was taking orders and made me waiting for good 8 to 10 mins. There was old couple behind me. Even they were not attended and left without getting what they wanted. Felt very bad.

Ordered the avocado bacon sandwich on Door Dash with egg and cheese added. Did not come with egg or cheese despite the receipt clearly indicating that it was supposed to. Door Dash wouldn’t refund the sandwich despite it not being what we ordered. Will not order from there again.

I have been a customer daily at this site for 7 years… it’s gone from being the best in town to trash… the employees are rude and they can’t make a drink consistently anymore. I am very lactose intolerant and they charge .53 cents more for oat milk. I don’t care about that but god use more than a drip. You can barely tell it’s in it!! And the foods always cold or made wrong. Nothing like cold food. Just go to downingtown. It’s not far and the products are better and the drinks made right each time.
