Often times short staffed, no one greets or even acknowledges you when you enter the store, and there always flies hovering over the donuts. My orders were messed up 4 times in a row, regardless of how many times I explain they manage to screw it up one way or the other. The worst dunkin I ever stepped foot in.

I placed a dozen of donuts through doordash for pickup. I arrived and the person said there is no order. I tried to show him the receipt, but he didn’t want to see and kept saying no order. He didn’t want to help and didn’t want to do anything. I asked where the manager is. He didn’t response. Then I left without getting my item. It’s a horrible experience.

The place is very very dirty. The floor is filthy. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. It looks like no one ever cleans the bathroom. The toilet and the sinks are covered with gunk and hair. There is some cream like stuff smeared all over the inside of the women’s bathroom door. Super gross! And the worker sags his pants showing his underwear.

This location is in the same parking lot as the new Marriott, just across it, so I’m sure they’ll get plenty of hotel traffic. There are two entrances which are kind of hidden on the sides. They opened less than a week ago, but the staff was attentive and friendly. There are signs indicating they are hiring, and had only two people I could see working. I order a jug of coffee to go and a dozen donuts, and had to wait about 5 minutes. As I waited a line of 5 people queued up behind me. I think for a store in this location two people won’t cut it long term, but once they’re staffed I’m assuming service will improve. The location makes their own donuts, so it’ll be an improvement for the area since the location further down seems to have theirs delivered in the morning. It’s also conveniently located nearby the turnpike on 29, so I think they’ll get lots of drive-by traffic.
