This is literally the best Dunkin in the area. The staff is super kind, helpful to suggest, understanding if there has ever been an issue (my kid wanted a different version of chocolate), and they’re fast. There’s always a lot of selection. Most notably, I like the staff and their attitude and friendly disposition. That alone is important in the service industry, especially at this time.

Ordered a large iced coffee with mocha and oat milk, the lady working repeated it back to me correctly, I got handed a large iced coffee with butter pecan and oat milk. I gave it back to the guy at the window and told him it is supposed to be mocha, he handed it to another worker who added mocha to the butter pecan iced coffee and they gave it back to me. Now it’s undrinkable because it’s sickeningly sweet and I don’t even like butter pecan. Why was this an acceptable fix?

This is the closest store to my house that’s the only reason why I ever visited. The service at this location is lacking in multiple areas. They have 0 customer service skills. My last visit was this week. I told them I ordered online and gave them my name & all I could hear after that was the older lady and younger woman cackling to each other. So I pulled up and they all looked at me and continued to laugh at me . ? I said hello & got ignored . I said goodbye & thanks after I received my order they ignored me once again & closed the window. Save your time and money & try a different location. Only thing laughable is the fact that somehow they’re still open .

Never had this Dunkin experience anywhere. You ask for a toasted bagel without cream cheese and they give you a cold untoasted bagel that is not even cut open. You ask for coffee with oatmilk, they add oatmilk and cream.

I have ordered online from this Dunkin Donuts a few times. Both times I ordered a $5+ iced macchiato and were bad experiences. The first time I had already paid for it, got there and the machine was broken. The next time, I gave them another chance, ordered online within their hours of operation, get there and they aren’t even open! Never again…hope I can get my money back.
