Location is good , small in size and about 15 people seating capacity , no outdoor seating capacity and no shades around the building. The time I went on weekend around 11:30 am , drive through line was about 20 cars , so we stopped inside the store to get a coffee and breakfast. Ordering was quick , but the membership or barcode scanner is out of order so had to pay through credit card (bummer , I had some amount in Dunkin app). Staff at pos was friendly but we had to wait for getting a coffee was aweful. We got our egg/cheese croissant in about 2 min. But the egg was undercooked , cheese was not cooked and it is like a cheese came out of freezer, croissant was cold . We ate what we got but after we finished we had to wait for about 15 min to get our coffee, it was kept in drive through window and we were waited without been checked. We saw later people were getting there stuff and left the place . Once checked I was been served the coffee(a lady took it from the window and gave it to us). This location needs to get trained at the high traffics time. But coffee tasted good but breakfast was very bad. Two stars was given for coffee and location.

I don’t normally leave food reviews for places but something has to be said for the uncleanliness of this restaurant. Tables and floor look like they haven’t been swept or cleaned for maybe weeks or months, ants can be seen crawling along the top of the tables, the bathroom are horrific. It appears there is no staff to clean this establishment. The staff themselves are extremely nice and I have had a pleasant experience but this place needs to be cleaned ASAP.

I love this dunkin a lot and almost everyone I meet is friendly! There however is one younger gentlemen in the evenings that likes to hand me a milk latte instead of a mocha latte.. I don’t ever like to complain and always give everyone the benefit of the doubt that maybe the aren’t having a great day but it’s been several times that i’ve been handed milk in a cup…

Absolutely the worst Dunkin experience we’ve ever had. The men’s bathroom toilet was running and taken apart. No one seemed to care about their jobs. Smoke alarm beeping because it needs a battery. Staff on their phones or not tending to customers. Staff talking about getting coffee at Starbucks. Yeah, just go there I guess because this place is off the rails. Would give it negative stars if I could.

You are better off going to wawa if you want to get your moneys worth. They rarely can get the order right or done properly and you will usually end up waiting in line for at least 10 minutes or more. Surprised they are still doing business at the patkesburg location

Worst Dunkin ever. Slow beyond reason, always get your order wrong. Just getting a cup of coffee and being the only one in the drive thru will still take ten minutes (and will be made wrong). One worker in particular has the nerve to give you an attitude when you say your order isn’t correct. They need to get all new workers that are actually competent. Do yourself a favor and go to the new coffee place in town or Starbucks. They’re so much better.
