I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for the past seven years. In the past seven years, there has been a lot of turnover, but I can always remember the ones that take notice of regulars. There was a woman named Sabrina, she was great and always was friendly and offered to let me try different drinks. Then, there was a woman with red hair that was super nice. Since before Christmas, I’ve been served daily by Tony and his crew. They know my order and when they see my car, start it, I know this because one time I switched it up on them!! They are very personable and know greet me by name. There is also another guy there, that is super friendly and outgoing. I don’t know his name but my mom and his share a birthday! These two bust their butts there daily (I joke that they don’t get days off!) and especially when the others don’t show up for work, they are still there with a smile! They are now apart of my morning routine! Thank you !!!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin more recently in the past several months, typically around between 9:30am and 3pm, and honestly the employees I’ve encountered here are always the nicest most polite people. Even if service is a little slow, I genuinely always leave that drive through thinking that was a really positive experience because of how nice the employee was

Haven’t been here in a couple months. The drive thru gets the attention here. Great coffee and sandwiches. They seem to have a high turnover of staff. The staff that day were doing well.

All staff is focused on drive-ins; I went there in the morning to pick up a coffee and had to wait for over five minutes for someone to appear at the counter. Finally my flaying arms attracted someone…Latte was good!!

A lady with red hair seemed to be the only person working in the store at the time. When I pulled up to the drive thru she was sitting down smoking a cigarette and quickly put it out when she seen me pull up. I had to wait for her to go back inside and take my order (which I didn’t realize until I got to the window). After I pulled up to the window I had to wait longer than I expected too being as though I was the only person in line when I first pulled up. The wait probably wouldn’t have bothered me on a different day but I was already turned off. The whole experience was terrible and very unprofessional.

Do NOT stop at this Dunkin. Today was the final straw, sat at the drive thru for twenty minutes just to say that I had a mobile order. No one answered so we drove around to the front. No one was there and the drive thru window was wide open. Tried calling like 10 minutes without any answer.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Not only do they get our order wrong constantly, they ignore instructions on orders sent in through door dash and aren’t friendly. They do not care about the customers whatsoever. I would really like to a manager to reach out but that will probably never happen.
