1st time at this location. Only three people in the store, me being one of them. I was standing for many minutes. At first I thought they had a huge pick up order; when I came to realize that the woman at the drive through had no order(s) and the man making eggs, sausage patties, and bacon, were not making orders I finally spoke up. Apparently, at this location, “speaking up” and politely asking to order a coffee and donut(s) is outrageous. In the end, I called law enforcement because it felt unsafe; who upon arrival were just as baffled with the staffs behavior. A report was made. ……all over a polite request to order a coffee and a few donuts. (DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION)

Would have given zero stars if it was an option. On multiple accounts of specials (ie free med coffee) they still charge for the coffee. They rarely get the order right. They are also slow and always argue with the customer when customer requests correct order. Never is a long time but I will NEVER go to this one again.

Every time I go here it is a horrible experience. The staff is mostly rude. I have been charged twice for orders. Today I was charged for items I never ordered and I was told no manager was there so I couldn’t get a refund. Avoid at all costs. Food is also never made right and the coffee tastes bitter and is watery.

This is not a good Dunkin dounts if you are a rideshare or in general work a lot and want to grab a cup of coffee. This lazy Indian lady is sitting down while they are power wash the floors. One of the cleaning guys had to say we were closed. Everytime I came here she asked did you order from the mobile app. I said no , she doesn’t care and shuts the window. I will never come back here again. If I was Indian she would take my order!!!

It’s frustrating being a customer here. Staff is nice but they never get my order right. There’s always something wrong: they add ice when I don’t want ice, they add whipped cream when I didn’t order it, or they send me off with a regular coffee when I ordered a specific flavor. This morning was the last straw. I order a HOT coffee for their free coffee offer going on. It’s 25 degrees out this morning and I wanted a coffee to warm me up on my way to work. I also always order on the mobile app as it’s more convenient. When I got to the store to pick up, I realized they made me an iced coffee. I checked the sticker on the cup just to make sure I order the right thing, and sure enough the label read ‘hot’….so how did I end up with an iced coffee? I didn’t have time for them to remake it because I was heading to work. That’s why i use the app, for convenience. It was just ridiculous. My hands were freezing carrying this drink into work. They seriously need to train their staff better.

Me and my family stopped by to grab a quick bite but when we entered there was a line, since we had the app we decided to place a mobile order, we waited for almost an hour to fully get out order, after getting a little frustrated waiting and seeing everyone come and go with their order I asked a nice employee if my order was ready and turns out the bag was there the whole time behind the mobile orders with no name or nothing. i was also missing a glazed donut so i told the worker and she went to go and get it so i waited for her to come back.. a couple minutes later i got tired and since me and my family where on our way to go somewhere i went up to her on the other side of the store where she was and asked for the donut, she had it on the counter and forgot to give it to me. She gave me an extra donut as a sorry so that was nice. I used to work in fast food so I understand the rush and having to do everything but this experience was really upsetting, not to mention everything in this dunkin is completely unsanitary :/

It shouldn’t really matter that the lady in the early morning is beyond miserable. She will not give you a total. Tell you pull up. Acknowledge a good morning or a thank you. And looks at you like you are lucky she will serve you because she is so much better than you. But this morning i had to write a review. I purchased the new bacon avocado and tomato sandwich. It was ice cold. The bacon was white. Im sure it comes precooked. But im also sure it came right out of a fridge. Even my toasted bread was ice cold. Oh and not even toasted. Luckily after a couple bites I noticed something was wrong. I understand it’s difficult to get workers. But this women should not be dealing with the public
