Food was okay, but I was shocked that they charge 53 cents for a medium cup of water. While it’s not crazy expensive, I’ve never been asked to pay for a cup of water at any restaurant before, including any other dunkin’s. It’s also not like we only ordered water, we bought other items as well. I don’t agree with charging for a mere cup of water, please reconsider policies.

I have a theory on their profit saving measures go as far as shorting people of syrup flavoring. If you do not explicitly say how many pumps you want small two, medium three, and large 4. They somehow repeat the order and manage to still only put one pump in… really you shouldn’t even have to as this is STANDARD. Yall really that cheap? working in the food industry in the past I know how stingy it can be like be real and get my the proper syrup paid for when I ask for Carmel cold brew cmon…. i’m not asking much I just want a morning pick me up.

Recently stopped into the store to grab half a dozen donuts. I was the only one in the store and after a few moments someone from the back rudely shouted “we are very busy you’ll have to wait“. Finally, an employee came to the front and snapped at me that they were only accepting credit and that they were very busy. It would’ve been just as easy to have said “I’m sorry for your wait how can we help you?“. If you’re not going to serve customers at your front counter then you should put a note on the door to use the drive-through. After reading through some of the other reviews it seems like this is a pretty common theme at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! The customer service is literally terrible, we paid for two Boston cream donuts and they didn’t have any regular ones so they made us pay extra?? The one old lady was also extremely rude, asked us why we were still there when they didn’t even give us our orders yet and had a nasty attitude. Don’t come here!!!

SHE DECIDED NOT TO GET LARGE AND I ASKED LADY AT CASHIER TO GET ME SMALL CUP TO TRANSFER SHE SAID I CANT GIVE SMALL CUP AS WE COUNT INVENTORY AND CAN NOT GIVE EXTRA CUP . Like everything they’ve gone up in price and what is discouraging is they no longer give you the option of a combo, everything is a la carte. They got my coffee wrong as I didn’t taste an smidgen of hazelnut in my coffee. The food and coffee was fresh and hot besides on exception: the potato rounds. They were overcooked, hard, and not fresh.
