Hello Google Family. I loved it here. This is one of the largest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I ordered two donuts: glazed and apple crumb for the family and a decaf iced coffee, black for moi.. medium size. Total was $5.85. They have an area where you can set up your laptop and dine. Also tables and chairs are available. Great service here. The associate has a nice, pleasant smile. I will be back. Good night, Google Family.

No one is polite , Second time here very rude towards black people when none of them are white. It’s very strange. Normally at dunkin cream and sugar means classic sugar and cream . They continually give me granulated sugar when I mention it to have it remade I was rudely informed that if i do not specify it here then it will be granulated . The cashier and other employees were nasty towards my friend and I . He got breakfast food that he enjoyed.

Stay away from this place. No one understands English here and they constantly mess up your order and make you pay for it when you get through the drive-through. These are the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered in my life and they don’t acknowledge their mistakes and always blame the customer. This is the third time they made me pay for a sandwich that I didn’t order. It’s either they are doing this on purpose or they are just that dumb.

I go to the drive thru probably too often here and the staff is always quick, friendly and gets my order right and that’s saying something because sometimes I have decently complex orders. This Dunkin is always there for me and is steady and reliable. Love you, Germantown Pike Dunkin.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is straight up trash. Horrendous workers who don’t how to do their job. They take all the money, and only give you half the food you ordered. Luckily I caught those frauds and got my food. Would not recommend. This is place is very unprofessional and needs to be shut down.

There was a little hiccup that was quickly corrected. The medium hot chocolate was well below the line. I noticed because the cup was very light when I lifted it off the counter. The staff was pretty aggressive until I took a picture of the drink. I had only suggested that they calibrate the machine. But they took it that I was calling them cheats; the manager kept saying that they were not cheating me. I asked to have my money refunded and she offered to finish filling the cup and refund my money back. I was satisfied. But they still need to calibrate the machine. I gave 4 stars for how DD resolved the problem.

This dunkin donuts is awful. Always a long drive thru line and mess up orders!! Brownie batter items are specifically advertised for Valentine’s Day and are my favorite. I order brownie batter donuts, which were actually cream donuts… and my brownie batter iced coffee was just plain coffee. I understand people run out of items, but would have been nice to be notified instead of blindsided and pay for items I dont like. Stupid and waste of my time and money wanting in the drive thru line. Why advertise something you dont have/cant follow through on? Disgraceful.
