I love Dunkin’ Donuts and I’ve never had a problem with any of their food or drinks or employee attitudes. But this location in Royersford PA is horrible and I’m never going back to this one again and neither should you. The older man at the drive through has a horrible attitude towards me every time I’m there and seems to be that way for a lot of people according to the other reviews. If you need extra time like I did, he’ll say to you like he said to me “you’ve been in line all this time so you should know what you want but okay” and becomes impatient after. But yet, I’ll give him a simple order and a clear description of what I want and he will still mess up my order. If your going to become impatient about how fast someone is ordering you might as well doing it right. Today was the last time I’ll be there after he messed up my order yet for at least the 5th time now. I asked for a iced coffee with whole milk and he gave me oat milk in it after even asking to make sure he said “whole milk?” and I said yes. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and my bagel was burned almost completely and it ruined the sandwich so I ate everything else besides the bagel itself. If your going to go to this Dunkin I suggest at least going inside because the people in there won’t mess up your food. Its only been the man at the window.
