Got a coffee today that was basically just water, no coffee or caramel taste at all. This location is always inconsistent will probably just get my coffee elsewhere as they just don’t care about the quality of product they are sending out the window.

Twice this week they got my drive-through order wrong. I asked for coffee with cream and they stuck sugar in it and then another time they gave me donuts I did not order in place of ones I did. When I went in to correct the orders the guy could care less.

I love DD, but NOT this location. They in the course of approximately 4 months now every time I’ve asked they’ve not had decaf tea. It’s on their sign so I’m not sure why they don’t have it. Earlier this week I told them it was ok and to just give me regular tea. I found out that when I got to work they gave me green tea with cream and sugar. It was so horrible, I could not drink it. I hate to waste food! Twice now they’ve given me overly watery oatmeal that has leaked in my car. Today was the last straw. The guy at the drive-thru window handed me the bag of my oatmeal leaking. I didn’t realize it until it was half way through my car. It leaked on my door, my phone, my purse, my seat and me by the time I realized it and put it on the floor. I had to scrounge for napkins and wet wipes to clean everything up and was sticky all the way to work. I will not be stopping at this DD anymore.

The only reason I’m giving it to is because the people there are nice, and I’m going to get the benefit of doubt and say that maybe they just didn’t hear me or understand. But I am A DD follower to the end. I always get a large iced caramel latte extra extra extra sweet. And I literally make it a point when I get to the window to tell them I want to have diabetes when I’m done drinking this thing that’s how sweet I want it I pulled away from the window and took a sip you couldn’t even taste the caramel let alone it being extra extra sweet. It was awful I literally chucked it pkept driving until I found another Dunkin’ Donuts where they made my drink correctly the first time
