Sign clearly says open 5am – 6pm. Arrived at 6am and the front doors were locked. A few weeks later, I revisit again. 6:30am and the front doors weee locked. There is no excuse for this. You’re either open or you’re not. Avoid this location.

Do not order from this store. I ordered from doordash, a sweet peppercorn sandwich and received a croissant with a piece of cheese in the middle. I have gone here before and they told me they didn’t know how to work the kitchen and had to contact corporate for a refund since I ordered through the Dunkin app. Doordash doesn’t let you pick stores so unfortunately it came from this store.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here more than once to see if it was a fluke, but it is consistently and frustratingly slow. My commute to work takes 18 minutes, I spent 26 minutes (8 minutes longer than my whole drive) in the drive thru for a coffee and a bagel. There were only 4 cars ahead of me, which means it takes iver 5 minutes per car. And when I finally get to the window she asks me what I ordered, and then they start making it. My large coffee was served in a small cup and my bagel was burnt. Not going back here ever again.

Placed an order on mobile app 24 hrs in advanced for a party needed 3 dozen glazed donuts (This seams like a reasonable ask for a donut shop). I got there and no donuts, all out and no communication ahead of time. Also they charged me for them! Said I need to call the corporate line to be refunded (made me late for the kids party). Over a week later no refund and I called 4 time and on hold over 2 hours combined. Then they say I need to be refunded by the store!! I was told at the store They couldn’t. This is unacceptable for something as simple as a refund. This is not the only time they messed up at this location. Never again I will give my business elsewhere.

Ordered two hot chocolates, our drinks were cold within 2 mins of pulling out of the driveway, almost just tasted like room temp chocolate milk. Would not recommend. Drinks also had chunks of cocoa, not well stirred.

Lobby was closed. Drive thru only. God forbid if I had to use a public restroom. No bagels were offered. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Toasted. Muffin was not toasted. Sausage and egg was cold to a point the cheese wasn’t even melted. Still have thoughts of contacting food inspectors on their terrible business. If I would of gotten sick from the cold food the board of health would of been their next visitor.
