I’m not sure who is running the show there. It’s terrible I ordered a drink at 6:30pm and was told the espresso machine was down, I figured it wasn’t and they already cleaned the machine. I specifically asked for oat milk beings I’m lactose intolerant, and will have a sever reaction. My coffee they said was similar was terrible and had dairy in it. I had to throw away the coffee because I can’t drink it. It seems like since that girl Nicole left this store has gone down the drain!!! Bring her back she was always amazing and very cheerful! And she never messed up my order!!!

Here is the deal. I frequent this DD often walk-in, drive thu, and occasionally sit to do work because my daughter goes to the gym.. this place is newish. I have gone out of my way to drive to other DDs, why? Because it is dirty. It needs a good cleaning and attention to detail. Plus, this place is a revolving door of staff. It an problem…why? Because if you invest in your staff they will give more and care more. Just an observation.

Everytime I order from this place and the guy in the picture is at drive thru , make sure to CHECK YOUR ORDER cause it will most likely be messed up somehow. I’ve been going here for over a year and this guy hands me cold food ( that’s supposed to be hot ) everytime to where I have to come in and have someone else get the order right… I’ve complained about this guy in the past but i guess they don’t care .. I know I’m not the only one that has had issues with him.

Talk about a breath of fresh air when the gentleman who is working last Friday evening waited on us in the Drive-Thru. He was very polite and went out of his way to make our daughters day special. He put a smile on our entire family’s face and everything from being very polite kind and with a good personality.. can only hope that these major corporations like Dunkin’ donuts will start to recognize the value and employees like this and give them incentive to not just stick around but hopefully start their own franchise

When I first moved into this town in 2019 I loved coming to this location. They always made the lattes on point and sandwiches. Recently, it has been terrible. I want to say it’s probably because of all the new hires, but it has been a waste of money the last several times going. The sandwiches are either cold or burnt. The hot Mocha lattes are flavorless. Taste like all cream. The glazed donuts are not even glazed like the used to be. Just a dry donut. Service is slow.

I ordered a TOASTED bagel and avocado TOAST and got both cold and not toasted! The bag that I was given had good all over the outside of it. The manager should really have a talk with the employees… this is ridiculous ! I spent $30 and got garbage!!!!
