I stop at this location at least 3-4 times per week. We’ll today I ordered a wrap and it was NOT fully cooked, some parts still ice fold. Then they served a few people before me. I know fir a fact that I ordered before them. I ordered on my app and the walked in at the counter and ordered and received their coffee before me. I am a truck driver on a scheduled and this was a bad experience. I should have returned the wrap, but I was in a rush. Bad morning fir me at this DD..

This location is nice everybody behind the counter is friendly it’s just the one manager is not friendly at all not sure of her name but it starts with maur something. I caught a glimpse of her name tag. Not nice at all don’t know what her problem is and I seen how she handles her staff it can be a whole lot better. She doesn’t talk to them right or treat them right almost like she has an control issues. All the other managers is nice I can come later on in the week on a Wednesday morning or something and the manager on for that day is very pleasant. I’m not sure if its every Monday but this pass Monday and the Monday before that the unpleasant manager or owner was there and she was not nice at all not to her staff and or her customers.where do they find these people because she need to straighten up her act.

Whoever was working the speaker in drive thru needs to have patience and have alot more respect, so do the other staff there tonight. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru to order his bagels with cream cheese and as I was asking about a donut they didn’t give me an answer all they kept saying is anything else?. Well after ordering what I wanted the said they had the donuts and said head to the window. No total was given cause she was rushing us even though there was no one behind us. Got to the window asked for the amount paid for it, she then proceeded to ask what kind of donuts I told her, It took her 5 min to realize there out of them. I did not want a substitute but just a refund for the donuts. They proceeded to refund the whole order. Due to them not listening or caring they refund the whole order and then gave me attitude after I was trying to explain the situation. For a manger to be that rude to a customer and say “here just take this” is completely uncalled for. Worst experience for a dunkin. Do better I know fast food isn’t easy but don’t take it out on customers!

850 I pull up to order a coffee not only myself, but about 13 different cars on top of it and was told we’re closed. It’s not even near 9 o’clock still had a full 10 minutes it was more than enough workers in the store to make a coffee, but yet told everybody they were closed. People spend money at your store. We know what time it closes. There wasn’t snow on the ground. There wasn’t a storm coming. There’s no need to close early like that and tell the public were closed when you were clearly open lights on, I just watch the last car in front of me Get their order …. Bad for business definitely bad and then when I wrote down the email to email the manager or whoever she asked me what was I doing and I explain to Work I’m emailing the manager. Oh no problem….. you need to change your schedules to 845 for an hour one because people make it their business to try to get there before you close and this is what happens ♂️ ♂️

Had to change from 2 to 1 star. It’s just always such a poor experience compared to EVERY OTHER Dunkin I go to… why do you have a giant sign that says “Lobby Open” in the window yet your doors are locked? Watched 5 cars park, walk up to the door, and look just as confused as me… 15 minutes to get through the drive through at 630 on a Saturday morning. … Watched another 5 cars sit in line and then drive off…. why would you turn off walk in mobile orders? Has to be the smoothest way to keep traffic flowing… instead you have to do a drive through mobile order which is pointless because your food will be cold by the time you sit in the drive through line. Absolute horrible experience. And it’s just every time
