Usually if I just get something like a refresher or plain coffee my order is fine. If I get munchkins, for some reason the glaze is like melted and not really there every time. If I get a latte or macchiato, the taste is always different than what I would get from other Dunkin locations. I really like the location of this Dunkin and the drive-through employees are kind, but I have been instead going to the location in Shillington even though it’s further away.

I only live 3 minutes away from this dunkin so I go there often. This evening June 2 2023 I was very unhappy. In the drive thru line the girl at the window was just having a long conversation with the person in front of me, she took the trash from that car, and then after she handed the order to the lady she went on with her conversation while hanging out the window. Not professional at all. Got up to the window and it took 10 minutes for two iced coffees WITH NO ONE ELSE IN LINE!! Coffee is mostly ice and hardly any flavor. Please make this store better!!

I don’t usually come to this dunkin but stopped on the way into work today. I went in because the drive through line was so long. When I was ordering my coffee I looked to the left of me, and there was a cockroach crawling on the counter. I said “there’s a cockroach crawling here”, and the employee said ok I’ll get it. A customer who was in there came up and killed it with a napkin. I chose not to get food and didn’t really want my coffee after this but I had already paid.

Ordered donuts that were so hard you couldn’t eat them. Also they put iced donuts in a bag (icing everywhere). There is no care taken here and they always mess up my order. They need to take a little more pride in their work.

Worst Dunkin in the areas. Everything on these negative reviews is spot on, and if you try and ask for something to be remade it’s like asking for one of their limbs. The manager here is a complete trash, really rude, hopefully you’re reading this before it’s too late! Liked this place better when it was a closed bank.
