Ordered two drinks and a sandwich, they never added the sandwich an when we got the window had to wait about 10-15 minutes for them to make it an when we got it the middle was cold!!! If there was another option, I would take it. Called in large order an hour in advance. Was not ready when I arrived. Was told to use mobile app. So, 2nd time, I did. Not ready when I arrived. Was told it’s better to call. 3rd time- called. Not ready when I arrived. Was told to use the app. 4th time- used app. Guess what… NOT READY WHEN I ARRIVED! No explanation. No apology. Actually was not even spoken to! So, unless you just want to wait in line for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee, go somewhere else.

Disgusted —- absolutely the worst service ever… Literally drove through. When I went to pay for the order I wanted to add a small coffee… I had not paid yet. It should’ve not been a problem, but the girl told me she could not do it, and I would have to park the car and go in or pull around again and order !

101219 1:04 PM walked in, stood and stood, employee walked right past me gave a donut to another customer did not acknowledge me. Stood and stood. Another employee was getting something told me someone would help me shortly. Mentioned me to another employee and she looked away and ignored me. Finally saw another employee wandering with no purpose walk to the back of the store, I left. Will not be back.
