The local Dunkin on Ogletown road. I used to be a regular here, especially for the Chicken salad. I felt the quality deteriorate in between, but it is better now. It has good seating facilities and is easily accessible. Have a few other shops including a Rite Aid nearby.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for the woman at the register and if my coffee wasn’t as good as it was, I would have rated my visit one star. After ordering my coffee, I waited for over 25 minutes or my order to be completed. Seriously 25 minutes for two coffees! The place was full of people waiting for their orders. It seemed as if the workers were overwhelmed, as they were extremely backed up. My interactions with the workers were fine, but I witnessed a worker raise her voice at a customer waiting for the rest of his order. They truly need to get it together.

Love the coffee….But their food is never warm enough! Toasted? Forget it. Not toasted at all. I tried the bagel minis with cream cheese and they were still cold. They need to turn up their toasters a little!

They need to bring the old managers back. The ones who run it now do not care about what type of product they give to their customers. Want a toasted anything? Forget about it. It’ll come out just like it did from the packaging. Want a hot drink? It’ll take about 10-15 minutes and it’ll come out cold as if it was already done and sitting there.

Use to go here a few times a week until about two months ago they installed kiosks which they MAKE YOU order from, and if u want to pay with cash you cant. But, they will take the same cash you wanted to pay with, go to the counter, use the cash to get a gift card, to go back to the kiosk, to place your order. It is totally backwards, and makes no sense, plus the kiosks make the lines longer because not everyone knows how to use them, then u need to wait for help, which makes the orders take longer to get, because an employee has to stop making orders to help the customers place an order.

I visited this DD on July 13 and I ordered 2 donuts and avocado toast which is no more than $7. He proceeded to give me a senior discount for 10% off and they were only taking cash so I gave him $7 total. I received no change back. In total he said it was $5 and some change so in actuality I should have gotten back $1 and change. I’m no mathematician. But I know how to count my money and they are clearly trying to get over on people. I went back and he tried to say I gave him $6 which was a lie. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH. He put my change in his tip jar and told me my total was about $7. I will never go back to this DD because I don’t play when it comes to my money. Rule of thumb to this Dunkin Donuts let your customers tip you, you can not and should not tip yourself with the money you are paid with from your customers.
