Worst service ever. I am a veteran. The national Dunkin’ Donuts office is offering one free donut for veterans on Veterans Day. I came in today (11/11/22) and asked for a donut and showed my military ID. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A COFFEE TO GET THE FREE DONUT. That literally isn’t a part of the offer. When I showed the lady at the counter the website from the Dunkin’ Donuts corporate office she finally relented and basically threw a donut at my face.

Crispy bacon! I don’t know what it is that the other local Dunkins can’t seem to make crispy bacon but this one has it down to a science. We go out of our way to go to this one for the bacon. Ordering gets a bit confusing without labels or names when multiple mobile orders are sitting on the counter. They usually can keep faces straight but we have seen orders get handed to the wrong people. Pros and cons but overall nice people and if you double check your order you’ll be in good shape. (Stickers on cups and names for orders would be a good addition for dunkin in general.)

They make up the prices and rules at this location. Coupons that apply at every other DD in Delaware do not apply at this dunkin. Deals and promotions ironically never apply to the beverage you want, even though the sign says otherwise. Staff is unfriendly and disrespectful. They’re penny pinch every chance they get. Would not recommend.

Wanted to leave a good review because everytime we go in and ask for the Beyond Sandwich with no egg and no cheese this DD always gets it right and not only gets it right but gives us 2 beyond patties for the price of one. Recommend going to this spot if you are vegan!
