Ordered green tea with sugar. Got all the way home to discover this murky mess. Seems to me milk was put in the cup, they realized that I didn’t order with milk, poured it out and filled the cup up again. Is it that expensive to use a new cup? Or too much work to rinse out the cup. Either way I drove back and they made it right. Absolutely inconvenient but I worth the extra miles on the car because I just love their tea. Give me a well made tea next time and I’ll give you 5 stars

I ordered a coffee and a donut on the app and the woman handed me my coffee and told me to have a good day. So i waited until she came back and asked where my donut was and she said they ran out of donuts. (Which is fine). But she was just going to let me leave without the food i paid for if i hadn’t asked. I asked for a refund for the donut and she gave me an attitude. This place sucks.

I frequently visit this DD almost daily & today was the WORST experience ever. The girl with the nose ring & red hair was extremely rude. Snatched money as soon as I pulled up & threw my change and balled up all my napkins in a ball. Proceeded to bash another employee for moving to slow while she was at the window during this time. When I asked for new napkins she threw them down and yelled at another employee to get me new napkins because she “didnt have time to deal with us”. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this kind of blatant disrespect is not acceptable. I will be back to address this concern with the manager in person tomorrow @9AM as I was told the manager is only there from 9-12. Hoping we can resolve it or I will be using a connection to report this employee to corporate. (I have her name)

I walked in here before 7am on a Monday morning for gas and to grab coffee. What I was greeted with is a blonde girl complaining LOUDLY about working too many shifts and a co-worker she didn’t like. The other women present were so focused on her complaining and talking about other people that no one waited on me. The guy I paid for gas had to help me. Even while I was waiting this girl was running her mouth about this co-worker saying she was nasty and doesn’t wash her hair and that even if she gets in trouble she’s not afraid. I am probably asking way too much from a Dunkin Donuts at a gas station but this behavior is unnecessary, unprofessional and hostile. I would rather go without coffee than go back there.
