Melissa is a rock star at the drive through. She’s always joking and smiling and makes the morning commute to work enjoyable. Her ability to laugh with us in the mornings brings us joy. Megan is also the BEST at making drinks, and they ALWAYS come out right and tasting like sunshine and rainbows. Our food is always made hot when these two are working. Cold food? What’s that? Not with these ladies! They are the epitome of customer service and service in general. I literally feel like I’m cheating on this location if I ever have to stop at another DD.

Charged me for my full order but got it wrong. Took forever, had to pull around to side to wait. Ordered four beverages and didn’t offer me a cup carrier, I had to ask and they didn’t give straws, had to ask for them as well. Food wasn’t cooked properly, hash browns and wake up wraps were soggy.

Visited this Dunkin 9 times in that span and had problems with our order 3 of the 9 times for pretty simple orders – coffee, bagel and breakfast sandwich. Problems included getting the wrong coffee type, wrong bagel type and having missing items. Staff were friendly but really need to do better with order accuracy
