My most recent order (through the Dunkin app) I had multiple issues picking up the actual food. The hash browns were clearly not fresh as if they’ve been left out from the night before. They forgot to give me both of my coffee’s and I had to remind them before pulling out the drive thru that they were missing a coffee. The worst part? The chorizo egg & cheese wrap was absolutely cold. I mean you can feel the coldness through the bag. It was so cold when I first took it out that it actually warmed up as I drove back to the drive thru to complain about it. They must of taken it directly from the fridge and gave it to me that would be the only way it would have been that temperature. Overall their service is terrible and they don’t do much to make up for it. If you order here just don’t stray too far in case you have to have them redo your order.

Has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Dunkin’s are usually pretty inconsistent but this one has no redeeming qualities. Food is poorly made, coffee is bad and menu items are frequently unavailable. Do better.

Arrived at the Salem church rd location in newark, delaware the store was not closed. It was 15 minutes before closing time lights on, open sign on. But doors locked. I watched a car in front of me at drive thru be ignored and me as well. That’s 2 cars of business lost because no one wanted to take orders.

I don’t even want to give it one star I want to give it negative 10 stars the Dunkin’ donuts and the dollar general this whole parking lot at Salem village square is absolutely disgusting there’s roaches the size of small rats out here and I’m not even kidding my fiance took a video of it last night they’re ridiculously huge and it is so gross and they’re swarming everywhere including on the Dunkin’ donuts walls and on the Dollar General’s walls and throughout the parking lot these things are huge and it is totally gross something needs to be done someone call the health department

They always mess up on my Oder and give me someone else is Oder. Every time ask for cold brew with milk they always put too much milk and my drink end up tasting too milky

They got my order wrong and I called them to let them know, and the lady on the phone said that she remembered me and I told her what time I was coming back to pick up my correct order and when I came in an older lady that was prepping cheese had an attitude the whole time rolling her ayes at me and started raising her voice at me. There was a younger lady and when the order was done they just threw it on the counter didn’t even say it was my order even though I was standing right there. I had to ask if it was my order. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR COSTUMERS I GET IT IF I WAS RUDE ABOUT IT BUT I WASNT.
