Left my card at home and quickly did a mobile order. There was one car in front of me and I noticed a person peeking from the window to see my car. I’m assuming her level of rudeness depended upon what I looked like. Once I reached the window I was rudely greeted by a woman that told me I need to go around because I need to give them 7 minutes for mobile orders. If I was told that at the intercom I would have just left. The person that was actually preparing my order told her, “it’s just an iced coffee and a few donuts.” I was 2 seconds away from canceling my order.
