They never got my order wrong but they a couple of faces look like they don’t like their job. They are snappy and have attitudes, I go there if my co workers go, as for efficiency they good customer service I say if you don’t like your job just find another. I had the dragonfruit lemonade it was ok. I think I may not like dragon fruit flavors because it’s never good to me.

I love Dunkin. But this Dunkin is by far the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. They never have 80% of any thing on the menu. They over charge you. You can get the same drink and it’ll be a different price every time. The store is filthy. The quality of the food has gotten progressively worse. Everything is either stale, watered down, or burnt. They are low staff, So the wait time is foreverrr… And the older Indian lady who runs the only cash register is incredibly rude/screams at you. I dealt with all of this nonsense because it’s three minutes away from my house. I will never go here again. Do yourself a huge favor and go to the Starbucks next door. It’s more expensive. But the customer service and the food is a much more pleasant experience.

I love DD but only certain ones. Some make good drinks and some don’t. This one to me very’s I’ve had good drinks and food. But I’ve also had nasty drink’s and burnt food from here. Bagels r either burnt with not even cream cheese on it or under cooked with not enough cream cheese on it. But this store doesn’t like to give extra without changing you. My favorite one is on 13 by the Wawa n DMV.. always amazing food and drinks n the people r great there

By far my least favorite dunkin I’ve ever been to, only location that doesn’t have a pick up area, you have to wave down an employee to get it for you for some reason. They’ve had a broken window for nearly 3 years now. Don’t think the bathrooms have even been open. Only come here cause it’s convinently close and has decent prices.
