I ordered a boston cream donut and coffee, the chocolate ran off the donut . It was a complete mess. I have never had a donut where the chocolate was so slimy it ran off the donut … had to be old. They fill the coffee cup so full it was coming out from under the lid all over. And yes the lid was on . Total nightmare Never again.

I am so tired of wasting money here !!!! They used to be really good at this location but now the last few times I have gotten coffee here they do not stare it and they do not put the right amount of condiments into the coffee. My coffee is so dark it is disgusting. It is a waste of money and it is getting from house because I am at work and cannot take it back! This has happened the last few times I have gone to the FAULKLAND Road Dunkin’ Donuts

We always get super big orders from here because we work real close, and so far everything comes out great! The workers are super nice to us and last time when they were missing something, one worker stopped us before we left and gave us our item when we didn’t even notice it was missing! It’s a small act of kindness but it helps me put trust in this place 🙂

They need a whole staffing change here. Unbelievable, mobile orders are never completed it’s chaos and unorganized there’s absolutely no sense of customer service. This location has fallen off completely. They will tell you they don’t have something because they are too lazy to go to the back to refill the machines or if they don’t know how to make it. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, i will drive out of the way to go to a different one.
