Just Me

Remember when a half dozen donuts filled the box except about an inch around? Well, I just got a half dozen donuts here this morning, and there was at least 3 inches of empty box all around. Are the employees holding back on the “stuff” to make free “stuff” to take home, or has management made this much of a change? The filling was only about a level tablespoon, too – not even half of what it was about six months or so ago. The breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg, cheese, croissant, & sausage, egg, cheese, croissant) where probably the greasiest I have had in the decades that I have been going to this location, too. The woman that took the drive-thru order did so wonderfully professionally, but the window cashier seemed to not like taking actual “cash” from me – although she did recover her professionalism quickly.

They accidentally messed up my order, probably because it was so busy. There must have been atleast 2 or 3 cars in the drive-thru. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes but they gave me a giant coffee and a breakfast sandwich for free so I appreciate that gesture.

This Dunkin is hands down the best in the area. 95% of the time everything is prepared just right here. The other 5% may be due to new staff or whatever, but typically they are always kind and fast. Most importantly my food and coffee is FRESH! My mom comes all the way from the city to visit here. Thanks for taking care of us who truly Run On Dunkin. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a large iced matcha latte, was given a large iced “coco mocha”. I informed the lady who made and gave me my drink that it was not what I ordered. She then said “well why don’t you just try that.” I replied with “no, can I have what I ordered?” She then told me I’d have to order and pay again. I then told her this wasn’t what I ordered and can I please get what I ordered and she told me I could leave. This happened on 4/21 at approximately 3:15pm. I will not be returning to this Dunkin ever.

The floor was wet and slippery. Also, the young lady that was preparing my order felt that it was OK to hold my munchkin box between her nasty legs as she prepared my other munchkin order.When I asked her why she would do that, she acted like I offended her. Her coworker overheard our conversation, and she began to ask in a loud, aggressive manner what the problem was. She acted like she wanted to fight. It is really sad and disheartening that this employee found nothing wrong with placing an item that is meant to hold someone’s food between her legs. This behavior is a testament that these employees are not being properly trained, and if they are, they are not adhering to said training. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS DUNKIN EVER AGAIN!

Nice coffee, the drive through here is a bit more crowded and time taking. Compare to other places, the waiting time is too much, it really took 20 to 25 minutes of waiting just for a coffee even though it was not too crowded when I went.

This is a very busy Dunkin Donuts, the kind where the drive-thru takes at least a half-hour. Everything is exactly the same as at every other Dunkin, so my advice is to stop at another one. I used to love Dunkin’s coffee, when I could drink coffee, and I still enjoy all their other offerings. If you are visiting from some place that doesn’t have this francise, stop in for coffee however you like it, a muffin, a donut or two, and maybe a breakfast sandwich. There are almost always places to sit inside and relax while you eat, and easy parking. Each Dunkin is accessible and usually friendly.
