Stopped for coffee and donuts. Decided to go in to see what was available. Both Doors were locked. The drive through was open, but I wanted to enter the store, to see the selection of donuts. It is 5:46 p.m. “Come on man” who closes a store lobby this time of day? As you can see, no coffee or donuts!!!!

I went in this morning at 6:20 a.m. and walked in. There were no other inside customrs and only one person in the drive-thru lane. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Paid $4.59. They gave me my sandwich very quickly. When I went to open the bag in my car, I immediately smelled a bad burn smell. Opening up the sandwich, I found that the croissant was almost 1/4 burned BLACK. And the sandwich was BARELY warm, like they just heated it for a few seconds. This is intolerable for a place that had over four workers behind the counter and NO OTHER customers inside. I had this happen before. Will NOT be returning. I had to be at work shortly so did not have time to go inside and request a new sandwich. This Dunkin Donuts used to be great. Keeps going more and more downhill.

No line inside, and only 1 car outside. Stood inside at the counter for atleast 5 minutes while 3 workers walked past me, back and forth and never acknowledged I was there! I asked loudly if I need to go down to the other end of the counter for service and 1 person muttered just a minute.

I get my usual Frozen Matcha every once in a while when I want to treat myself. It is right down delicious. I usually order it on the Dunkin’s app to get reward points. By the time to pick up from Drive Thru it is always ready. Customer Quality their employees treat it with utmost importance. If you’re in the area please pay them a visit. You won’t be disappointed.
