I went through the drive thru with 5 of us around 7-8am and ordered around $30-35 worth of food and drinks. We got to the window and were given everything within a couple minutes. It was all correct, the worker was polite and we were on our way. We see you Smyrna Dunkin. Great job!

I placed a mobile order, for walk in service at 1:20pm. I went inside about 5 mins later, I didn’t get my order until over 15 mins after I placed it. There mobile order receipt machine (on employee side) had 3 or 4 orders that no one even attended to, until I was leaving.

Now that Dunkin has only self checkout, the “Service” question is irrelevant. So inhuman. The “welcome” screen of the self checkout kiosk should say, “Just figure this all out on your own, suckas! We’ll be in the back laughing at your incompetence!”

4 stars but with a small caveat. The drive through is a pain during the morning Rush, beware. This Dunkin is pretty small inside, but they are super efficient and much quicker and more accurate than the south Smyrna location. I live much closer to the south Smyrna Dunkin and still make the drive to this one in North Smyrna every time. They do the best they can which is always great, the location just isn’t great for such a busy Dunkin.

I like this DD, the staff are overall pretty friendly people, the food in the morning comes out fast and is ALWAYS hot. Their frozen drinks are okay, I really think they vary on who makes them, but overall a great DD.
