I’ve come to this location more than a dozen times this summer, because it’s conveniently located on my route to work. The only negative to that is the difficult parking situation with only metered parking on the nearby street. I enjoy their cold brew coffee, as well as, their salted caramel cold brew coffee. The is time around I went for the pumpkin spice iced signature latte. I felt like indulging a little this morning, so I also ordered 2 strawberry frosted donuts to go along with it. This store is somewhat odd in that they often times close down their dining room to the public for no apparent reason. Not that I would necessarily have time to chill here but still I think many customers would like to sit down on occasion.

I’m completely appalled at the level of customer service displayed today by the management. I ordered twelve boxes of half a dozen donuts this morning only to get all the way across DC to realize I had only been given five boxes. After having to drive all the way back (30 minutes in distance) and also having called the store 5 different times only for the phone to ring nonstop. I finally arrived back at the coffee shop and politely informed the manager of what had happened, I was beyond shocked at his first response, he rudely told me that I should’ve checked my order thoroughly before leaving and then began insinuating that we were lying even after I showed him the receipts. He truly made us feel completely awful about a mistake that was made on their behalf. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this dunkin donut location. I strongly recommend better qualified management.

Absolutely horrible. I came to get a Boston crème donut. They had only four donuts of the same type (sour cream). I gave them 10$ for two donuts ($4) and the lady just kept the change ($6!!!) for herself. When I asked about it, she just said “yeah I just assumed that you would give me the change as a tip”. I said that I’m sorry but I needed the money back and she replied with “eh I already put it in my pocket” and walked off. Horrible customer service and the donuts we gross and soggy.

This is ridiculous I waited in line for 20 minutes and when i got to the front of line the employee walked away. my friend and i stood there for over five minutes and when we asked the employee when our order would be taken he said 5-10 minutes. Such a waste of time do not come here during rush hour.

I have never had an issue with my order. It has always come out correctly. I am a frequent user of mobile order as I usually pop in right before I head off to work. On numerous occasions the app has allowed me to place my order. However, when I arrive at the Dunkin, they are not open yet, even tho google and app say otherwise.. They need to update the hours on GOOGLE, THE APP, AND THE OUTSIDE OF THEIR BUILDING.

Terrible experience. The lady taking our order was so impatient and then another lady came and asked if we are paying cash or card we weren’t done ordering and I said we were still picking out our donuts she said well what else are you getting. we asked if we can finish picking the donuts then proceed with the order she as well got impatient. Rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if we were an inconvenience to her. They weren’t wearing hair nets while handling and making our food. And they didn’t have salt and pepper
