This Dunkin location cannot get it right. Always messing up my order and I order straight from the Dunkin menu with nothing fancy. I rather drive an extra 15 minutes into Manassas than to go to this one 5 minutes from my house. Management needs to get in and retrain or fire.

Unsatisfied with customer service, food, or beverages. It appears there is a lack of effective management at this location. I was initially excited to see DD come to the area. It is unfortunate that they have fallen short of good customer service. My experiences include rude staff or they appear very frustrated just to be there, inaccurate orders, stale donuts, and either shortage of product listed on the menu or they are completely out. These experiences have been consistent over several visits I have made to this DD location (Woodbine) Manassas, Va.

I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they have the doughnuts u want! 4:30pm. Several open spaces on there shelves where the doughnuts should be,but no just empty.They don’t close untill 9:00pm.I was simply told that they were out! Not let me see if we have any in the back or if they were making more! Now my Grandkids wonder why we don’t come here as often as we used to!! You may have the best toasted coconut donuts just not worth the disappointment on their faces when they can’t get what we came here for!I’m sorry but I had to take them somewhere else!!

Often long waits at drive thru. Dunkin donuts is our favorite coffee but this location is very inconsistent & when its bad it’s downright gross. We took one sip on one visit & dumped the rest of two xtra large coffees. Regrettably we were already down the road so no returning. Todays visit coffee is again awful. But what we find terribly annoying is that the staff at rhe window cannot retain a single thing in their heads & have to ask repeatedly what you ordered. & its not just one of them its all of them. We had to correct the order taker 3 times during the order process today. Ok maybe too much noise to hear. Then he asked again THREE times at the window while preparing two coffees with sugar cream. . Then when they finally got the order right they still did not give the twice requested stirrer. I asked for one sweet and low & they gave me six. Definitely a severe lack of training by management.We will go elsewhere in future. We have made similar complaints to corporate about this location & we will again.

i love coming to dunkin and enjoy their coffee however, the service at this dunkin is always inconsistent. mobile orders for me are never ready when i arrive even when placed many minutes before arriving.. they barely fill drinks to the top & complain when guests ask for more milk etc. they lack customer service & providing people with a good experience as this has happened multiple times. the manager here as well has been rude to me & people that i know on numerous occasions. was very excited for this new location but disappointed with the lack of effort from these workers as well as simple kindness from them.

I was visiting from PA. A week or so ago, I stopped in at this particular Dunkin restaurant. A young man by the name of TJ waited on me. He was very pleasant and professional. Even though I really couldn’t make up my mind as to what I wanted and changed my mind a couple of times (not to mention it was a bit busy and a little noisy in there), he was very patient and he didn’t make me feel rushed. It’s new, very clean and has a Baskin Robin’s in it. Open display of all the items, been here twice so far because it was convenient to wh where I was going, unfortunately the staff does not pay attention to the order directions well and both trips had something wrong with literally everything that was ordered. Disappointing for such a nice looking place. Please do better, I am always willing to give the benefit that you were not at your best but not going to keep waiting forever.

We’ve been to this location twice. First time was a pick-up using the Mobile app. The coffee was cold, the donut order was not correct, the breakfast sandwiches slapped together and cold, the staff was incredibly rude. When I mentioned any of this at the window the staff member gave me the hand and said something like “don’t go there with me”!! Wow! As a local business, we decided to give it another shot. This time wasn’t much better. The donuts were dry as a bone, what we ordered was not what ended up in the box, the Boston Cream was NOT stuffed with cream but rather the frosting they put on glazed donuts! It was a big sweet nasty wad of clear-ish frosting! This is be our final visit to this location. I’m not sure if this is a corporate location or a franchise, but ownership should be embarrassed about the product they’re putting out. Additionally, more staff training is needed. There’s no reason to keep customers waiting while staff plays on their phones.
