Hopelessly poorly trained staff if they got any. After paying three coffee roles they figured out that were non and they couldn’t figure out how to refund me. After 20 minutes I just asked for something else and then I had to remind them of all the other things I ordered. It should be self serve it would be better. They should retrain all these staff. They also mixed my chocolate frosted with my muffins and both are ruined. The staff were also yelling at each other.

First, I think the employees are doing a great job, and this review is not a reflection on their performance. Today, I asked for normal bacon instead of snacking bacon. My kids just don’t like the extra pepper. For years we’ve been able to make this substitution with no issues. Today, the manager decided arbitrarily that we could not. I have no idea why. The bagel we got today was stale as well. This location is consistently understaffed and has long lines. Their stools are falling apart and they have not restored their pre-covid seating. I really don’t like going here.

I visited many Dunkin Donuts and this is farmost the largest Dunkin Donuts I’ve encountered. The girls are very nice. Great personality, good customer service skills. Very clean. SORRY I still call it Dunkin Donuts and probably will not stop.

Outrage is all I can say. I went to this location this morning to pick-up breakfast and after placing my order, I stood at the pick-up line. The woman behind the counter was watching me ardently and I began to feel very uncomfortable as I was chatting with a crush on my cellphone. Next, she comes from behind the counter asking me what I was doing and reaching for my phone to see what I was doing. She was asking if I was taking pictures. I was just chatting quietly with my friend, but I felt as though I was being harassed (interrogated) for chatting away (quietly) while waiting for my order. I politely asked her what she was doing and she waked back behind the counter withoutan apology. I have never felt so embarrassed because of her actions in the store. To make things worse, they gave me half my order and I asked again politely where my other items of my order were – and they kept me waiting a couple of minutes longer to get two Donuts. Well,I advise anyone coming here to hold your phones tightly or the Dunkin Donuts Gestapo will try to check your phone to see what activities you’re conducting on your phone. I can’t believe it’s come down to this – that a store would permit an employee to behave like this. I will not be visiting this location ever again, I feel the next time I’ll have to present my papers to prove I am a citizen.

I typically LOVE Dunkin donuts but for some reason this store can never be consistent. I ordered a small iced coffee with two cream and a croissant sandwich. The coffee is mostly cream. I cant even taste coffee. The croissant is burnt and hard to bite through. So disappointed and a waste of money.

Incompetent staff! Rude Manager! We paid with googlepay, refused to give us a refund since we didn’t have the card in hand. We couldn’t present some mystical barcode on the app. Couldn’t put it on a gift card. Had to settle for pastries we didn’t even want.
