Customer service was terrible at this location. One employee was kind enough to at least let us purchase water after standing in line for 25 minutes. The other employee told us that they were closed when it was 10:55 p.m. Our flight had been delayed by 3 hours and everything else was closing in the airport. We stood in line for at least 25 minutes hoping to get coffee, however, we were told we could not purchase it. After multiple people make comments to her, she walked out of the coffee area completely and left the other employee by herself. I wish I had written down her name, she was incredibly rude and doesn’t deserve to have the position she does.

Ordered several things based on the menu price. Was told the menu prices are not accurate and that the manager will not change the false advertised prices. A lemonade was 2x more than the menu price. I stood in line for almost 15m to find that out. Ordered a jelly donut. Had a little pea size of jelly in it. Staff was condescending. Really disappointed. Update the menu prices!!!!!!

At the Dulles airport on a Sunday, we didn’t expect our sausage and egg one with cheese crossaints to be burnt. It was hunger pains that made my husband and I endure, but the egg was frozen and the bread was overcooked because it had to put back into the toaster oven more than once to thaw out the frozen egg patties.

America runs late on Dunkin’! If you’re at the airport as more of a casual affair, than this is the place for you! If you’re looking to waste not just some your money, but also as much time as you could possibly imagine at a “quick serve restaurant”, than this is once again the place for you! If you cant think of a better way to spend that 20 minutes which you dont have before your flight, try out the Dunkin’ just before the tram to terminal D! Don’t forget to completely disregard the menu, as nearly 90 percent of it will be unavailable.
