The girls who work in there are extremely rude. Definitely part of the new generation. They don’t feel they need to pay any attention to the customers trying to place orders. They roll their eyes. They have attitudes and they’re very very ignorant. Obviously they’ve never been taught customer service and I absolutely can’t stand their attitude anywhere else and they would have been fired. No wonder this is the only job they can get is handing people donuts. This generation is trash and so is there attitude towards customers

The morning staff seems to be a lot better than the afternoon staff. Ordered my usual avocado toast and when I bit into it, the bread was SO HARD the crust cut the inside of my mouth. The toast was burnt and hard it sounded like I was biting an ice cube. It was not edible. Literally hard as a rock. I can still feel the pressure on my front teeth.

So I need to change my experience here.. I come by to give my family some ice cream 15 minutes before 8:00 and the doors are locked. And then I get told oh we closed early to clean up. So I’m changing my review to a one star. I was willing to spend money and do the things the customers do I do not recommend this place ever again… Not that it’s a big review but as I was taking pictures people came out I’m assuming we’re employees and tried to explain to me that they closed early to clean up. So my thought is you’re closing early shouldn’t you close on time and then clean up???? Look I understand that Cold Stone and I can’t remember the place because I haven’t done the review yet but frog something is just across the bridge do yourself a favor and go to them. Again everybody knows that I do not post bad reviews I try to look at the positive for everything but when you close early to clean up come on unacceptable in this day and age

This Dunkin is nice and my food is mostly ready when I get there. Judith does an amazing job, 10/10. There has been a big difference since she has not been there. When she was there I never thought my food/drink was wrong and she is always beyond friendly and remembers me! Makes morning’s a lot easier.

I visit this Dunkin location almost everyday for my iced Latte and food. It is conveniently located near me and they always get my orders right. Only thing I’ve noticed lately is the area where they place the mobile orders is constantly dirty and table cloth is stained and really needs to be washed.

Never been a huge fan of this particular Dunkin – the donuts are rarely fresh, and the coffee is usually lukewarm. They seem well staffed in the mornings, so it’s hard to understand why it runs so slow! This morning I was desperate for a cup of coffee, so I waited in line for 20 minutes. I drive a bus, so I’m on a schedule. I had 8 minutes to spare when it was finally my turn to order. But the lady left. And stayed gone for 4 minutes. After that wait time, I had to walk away empty handed. Next time, I’ll run across the street to Starbucks!
