This is my go-to (almost daily) Dunkin. This place gets super busy during prime times but they handle the crowds well and I’ve probably only had 1-2 experiences (out of 1000) where my coffee was not to my liking & they happily remade it for me.

The owner is extremely I’ll-mannered and discourteous. She will not admit when something is wrong and tries to cover her store instead of admitting to their wrongs. I come here every Sunday and spend $20-$25 on coffee and breakfast, but still managed to get charged $0.50 for a cup of water! I called other stores and was told that a cup of water is free if you’re a customer and had ordered other items. Sadly, I will no longer have my normal Sunday tradition.

Let me start by saying the owner is extremely rude and doesn’t own up to simple mistakes. Place a mobile order and only got half of it. When I went back in to ask for the rest. I told them they messed up, she said “No we didn’t mess up, we have people in front of you” mind you this was a mobile order placed 10 mins prior to arriving as we already know they’re slow and take forever for two coffee and two breakfast items. When I asked for a cup of ice she proceeded to charged us 50 cents ok no problem. She then proceeded to say “I would of given it to you for free if you weren’t rude” excuse me? Oh and the charged posted for $1.50 instead of 50 cents.

Garbage service. The app sent my order to the wrong location. It kept checking my store selection. No one answered the phone to cancel the order. There was a voice mail prompt, but no reply. Don’t take a voicemail if you don’t intend to respond! Answer your phone!
