Went to get coffee this morning, waited in line for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the counter, the lady said I will be with you shortly (she said this at least 3 times). When I asked her don’t forget about the people in line, she said, you need to order online with your credit card, I had cash. Worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this Dunkin Donuts, horrible customer service.

I went to this location at 6:15 am, the front door was closed, Staff was in the store, they acted like they did not see me at the door, I knocked on the door, no one answered, I went to the drive through. I asked to talk with the manager, staff said the manager has not open the door. On the website hours of operation is 5:00 am, the doors normally open at 6:00. The manager drove up at 6:33. This is un acceptable, open on time. As a result I went to another Dunkin. This is an ongoing issue for this location.

NICE LONG BLACK CURLY HAIR ALL TIED UP IN MY SIDE ORDER OF BACON. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THAT PERFECT HAIR TO HAVE BEEN TIED UP IN MY BACON THAT WAY. FOOD WAS TASTY. ITS HARD NOT TO GO BACK BECAUSE IT WAS SO GOOD, BUT ITS A COMPLETE TURN OFF BECAUSE OF THE HAIR. THAT WAS CRAZY. IT WAS SO GOOD I THREW IT AWAY & KEPT EATING. I SHOULDVE TAKEN A PICTURE. I’ve tried this location 3 times thinking anyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately it’s been a pattern. I hope someone from corporate will help this location by providing some basic customer service training. I can tolerate poor customer service if the product is great but 3 out of 3 times my very simple order was wrong and the food was far from great. My quest for a consistent dunkin continues!
